We begin by immersing ourselves in your personal brand. We’ll review all background materials and information sent to us by you and your team before the initial Kickoff Meeting. We will then lead a deep dive conversation that lays the foundation for the project. We will identify the product vertical that you are passionate about and begin to identify the initial products we will go to market with.
Brand Development
STRATEGY
Strategy is a crucial first step in the brand development process. The strategy positions the company for success in the near term and serves as the north star for continued growth. This is when we establish the foundation for brand messaging, design, and experience.
NAMING
Naming a business is no easy task. Understanding the category and competitive landscape is essential. The goal is to create a name that won’t be restrictive or limit the company’s future scalability or growth. We will conduct naming brainstorm sessions using proven techniques, pressure test the options, and ultimately present a selection of names that fit with business goals.
MESSAGING & TONE OF VOICE
The strategy will influence the brand voice and messaging. Both are critical aspects of the brand experience and will ultimately be the key factors in driving trust with audiences and showcasing the brand’s authority and value.
VISUAL IDENTITY
Once the strategy has been developed, we use it to inform and build out a robust visual system, including logo, type, color, secondary graphics, iconography, art direction styles, etc. The style guide will set design parameters, illustrate sample applications of the brand and serve as inspiration as the business grows.
Digital Experience
The digital experience is a critical point of reference with consumers. Paradigm Brands will develop visual designs and copy that bring the brand and product offering to life. Paradigm Brands will lead engineering to ensure a seamless marriage of code and design.
Custom Packaging & Label Design
Creating custom packaging forms offers the opportunity for the brand to shine and connect with consumers at a crucial point of contact. The packaging solution process begins with research before moving into strategy and concepts. Once our teams have aligned on the design direction that is best suited for the business based on feasibility and overall brand experience. We will also design unique labels to differentiate in the category.
Visual Asset Production
A successful brand needs to engage with its audience through meaningful content. As a collaborative effort of the celebrity partner and the team, we will conceptualize and produce assets that can be used across multiple brand touch-points, including the digital experience, social channels, marketing, press, etc. We will be producing photos, videos and other assets.
Behind the Scenes
While the above processes are taking place, our marketing, operations and technology teams are building the foundational infrastructure to support a high-volume DTC brand. This is where the real heavy lifting happens, and the key to the success of our entire model starts here.
